This is an opportunity to provide much-needed new housing in the borough of Spelthorne. The development would be a part four, part five, part six-storey building comprising one, two and three bedroom flats, inclusive of four wheelchair accessible units, together with retail space on the ground floor.

This consultation event is an opportunity for the local community to review the designs whilst having the chance to discuss the proposals with the architects, and to be able to put forward comments or considerations to the team.

PLANNING CONSULTATION PROCESS

The proposal has undergone two pre-application assessments with the Planning Department at Spelthorne Borough Council.

This public consultation forms the next stage of engagement with local residents, to gain community input. A planning application will hopefully then follow this process, subject to responses and any required design alterations.

Above is the the Site location plan showing the boundary of the site adjacent to Station Approach and Woodthorpe Road, along with the public consultation location.
